I designed a Granduo shopping bag.

"GRANDUO" operated by JR East Commercial Development Co., Ltd. is a commercial facility jointly developed by JR East and Hankyu Department Store (currently Hankyu Hanshin Department Store). World Platform Service Co., Ltd. of the World Group worked on the design for the renewal of the shopping bag of "Granduo", which operates two stores in Tachikawa and Kamata.

The name Granduo is a coined word that combines GRAND, which means "nice" in English, and DUO, which means "duo" in German.
It has three meanings: customers and employees, station buildings and department stores, and coexistence and co-prosperity between local communities and stores.

Granduo's logo mark is called "Joyful Egg", which is designed with the letters G and D in the shape of an egg.

While adhering to the basic concept of the Granduo logo mark, the design of the shopping bag is designed to resemble a flower pattern in which G and D draw graceful curves and snuggle up to create a "gentle, gentle duet" that combines "natural" elements such as musical notes, the sound of the wind, leaves, flower petals, small birds, and fish, and people's lives.
It has a highly versatile design that can be used not only for shopping bags, but also for wrapping paper and novelties.
