We designed the 14th floor of the World Kita-Aoyama Building Co., Ltd. as a space that incorporates new ways of working.

A new community space "14F PARK" was created by renovating the floor that was originally a cafeteria in the World Kita-Aoyama Building Co., Ltd. World Space Solutions Co., Ltd. handled the art direction, design, VMD, and project management for this project.

Concept "RECONNECT"

Connections between the inside and outside of the building, connections between the top and bottom (space), connections within the floor, connections between people (communication), connections with the company, and connections with society (social). "14F PARK" is a place where everyone can feel safe, want to go to work, and connect with each other, alleviating the anxiety caused by COVID-19.

Considering the lack of communication in an era where diverse work styles are required, we designed a place like a "park" where everyone can relax freely. It is a space where you can experience the invisible "connection between people" and the "open connection" through which light and wind pass.

We have also incorporated the concept of ABW (activity-based working*1), a work style that allows you to freely choose the time and place in this space. For those who want to concentrate on their work, there are “Telecube”, for those who want to work while talking with others, and for those who want to work at their own pace, there are desks, sofa spaces, bench styles, and other options for working places. It incorporates functions that lead to increased work efficiency.

In the LIBRARY, books owned by the past world as assets are collected, and books centered on fashion, art, and interior can be browsed, and design furniture of the group company Asplund is exhibited, and shooting in the attached studio is possible. Available.
Also, in order to create a new community through creation, the space for "photographs" and "illustrations" on the wall is designed to be a place for employees to present their works.
