Executed the design, design direction, and interior construction of the lifestyle shop “Tanomi”, which focuses on “Japanese food”.

World Group's World Space Solutions Co., Ltd. (currently World Platform Service Co., Ltd.) is a subsidiary of Hasegawa Co., Ltd., a major Buddhist altar and fittings company.

“Tanomi” is a lifestyle shop that focuses on “Japanese food” as a business that unravels the “prayers” in Japanese life from “food”.

The first store, the Jiyugaoka store, was renovated from a three-story building, and has become a tasteful store that mixes Japanese traditions that have been preserved for a long time with newness.

In the product sales space on the 1st floor, we sell foods that have selected local products from all over Japan and miscellaneous goods that make dining fun.

At the dining and cafe on the 2nd floor, you can enjoy meals such as seasonally colored flower rice balls and side dish soups with lots of ingredients that you can enjoy specialty rice and seasonal vegetables, as well as Tanomi's original drinks and sweets using vegetables.

The 3rd floor consists of an “event & workshop space” and an “office” that serve as a base for transmitting Japanese food and culture.

In procuring store fixtures and furniture, the fixtures on the 1st floor were carefully selected for the texture of the wood grain and the color of the hardware, and finished in a simple shape that makes the products stand out and is easy to pick up. In addition, the back wall of the cashier counter is decorated with a herringbone pattern with a diagonal pattern to give it a more expressive look.

The dining and cafe furniture on the 2nd floor has marble table tops and gold legs. We create a space where you can relax and enjoy your meal with carefully selected furniture made in a partner factory in China.

The image of each floor is changed according to the purpose of each floor and so that repeat customers can enjoy themselves.

By overlapping the products and meals that are unique to Japan developed by Tanomi with the simple and modern interior, we have created a space where you can feel the Japanese spirit comfortably in your modern life.
