Takeokikuchi Shibuya Meiji-dori main store design design production example
Men's brand "TAKEO KIKUCHI" developed by the World Group opened Takeo Kikuchi Shibuya Meiji-dori main store in Jingumae, Shibuya-ku in November 2012. Creative director Takeo Kikuchi worked on the concept from the beginning, and the store on the 3rd floor is characterized by an elongated space measuring 13m high, 28m wide, and 7m deep. It is a store space that seems to be integrated with the city.
The interior of the store combines different textures such as aluminum sashes, wood, and concrete walls to create a simple and natural space.
In addition, it won the gold medal at the JCD Design Award 2013, which recognizes spatial design centered on commercial environments.
