To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with Sweden, the “Young Swedish Design” exhibition was held with STRING®.

World Co., Ltd. will hold the design and art festival "DESIGNART", which is attracting attention as a new movement in the design scene, in the main areas of Tokyo for 10 days from October 19th (Friday) to 28th (Sunday), 2018. As one of the main venues that also serves as the information center for TOKYO (Designert Tokyo 2018), the art exhibition "Ung Svensk Form (Young Swedish Design/ Young Swedish Design” will be held.

This year marks the 150th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Sweden, and is the first to be held overseas for "Ung Svensk Form 2018." I will exhibit.

In the venue, the high-quality select brand "DRESSTERIOR" developed by World Group Co., Ltd.'s Intercube Co., Ltd. will exhibit this fall collection together with the living space of the Swedish shelf brand "STRING®". It depicts a Swedish scene where art and design blend into everyday life.

The entrance of the "World Kita-Aoyama Building", which will be the venue, is an open space with natural light that uses marble, and will create a space where you can comfortably experience art while focusing on each piece of work by young designers.

Through the glass-fronted façade, the venue will be seen by the many people who come and go along Aoyama-dori, and will continue to transmit design and art.
